Anthony Lister

Lister began painting aged 17. An Australian now internationally famous, he melds many influences, from street-art graffiti and rough-hewn marks to 'high-art' gestures and quotations.

Having the ability to jump styles and forms and master them all, he is always ahead of the on-trend trends with wit and a distinctly colour-rich flair.

A punky disregard for respecting the boundaries of contemporary art, he retains a wild, playful edge. He has also worked in the world of fashion - with many famous style-leading brands including tech companies, luxury car manufacturers, hotels, cult rock stars and modern-day anti-heroes.

Across music, virtual reality, murals, performance art, all with a kaleidoscopic palette, he's a maverick indeed.
